Gravity Fields Festival, Lincolnshire – Sept 2016

We’re delighted that Ministry of Science has been asked to headline the wonderfully inspiring Gravity Fields Festival in the UK this September.

This unique festival creatively explores the physical sciences through science, arts and heritage events and celebrates the area’s close links with one of the world’s greatest thinkers, Sir Isaac Newton.

Abu Dhabi Festival, Middle East – April 2016

Following the success of our visit in 2015 we’re returning to the Abu Dhabi Festival in April 2016 bigger than ever.  This time we’re taking our theatre show and our workshop team and will be playing a number of theatre shows around the emirates as well as attending some schools for hands on workshops.

Abu Dhabi Festival is organized by the Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation. The Festival is the UAE’s foremost celebration of art and culture bringing together the greatest musicians, performers and artists from both the East and West in the heart of the United Arab Emirates. It seeks to reflect the determination of the capital to take the lead in cultural understanding.

CultureTech Festival, Northern Ireland – September 2015

A quirky, intimate and unique gathering of speakers, artists, performers and industry professionals from digital media, technology, music and the arts.

Held across a big messy week in derry-londonderry, n. Ireland – the inaugural uk city of culture – and featuring over separate 100 events and sessions, culturetech is a unique celebration at the crossroads of arts, culture and technology. Itʼs a gathering of interesting people – doing interesting things – who all want to learn, share and have a blast.

Our good friends at the CultureTech Festival have once again invited us back to the festival for 12 “Ministry of Science Live” shows at the 1,500 capacity Millennium Forum in Derry.

Following on from the success of Ministry of Science Live at the festival in 2014 whereby we played to 8,700 people, in September 2015 we’ll be returning for additional shows at the forum which will be open to both schools and local families within the region.

Mark Thompson productions offer a first class service. We have used them for several smaller events and larger events. They are always at the end of the phone and offer a reliable, professional service. We recently had the team over for CultureTECH Festival where we ran the Ministry of Science Show for 5 days. This was a brilliant show which both kids and adults loved. Great team of guys to work with, whose organisational and professional manner made our jobs a lot easier. We would highly recommend Mark Thompson Productions and have already agreed to bring the Ministry of Live show back to headline the festival in 2015.
